This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your CraftBee subscription and request refunds. By subscribing to CraftBee, you agree to this policy.
CraftBee uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the authorized reseller of our software and handles all payment processing, billing, and refunds on our behalf. When you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by Paddle, and "PADDLE" or "PADDLE.NET" will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:
- Log into your CraftBee account and go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- Contact Paddle directly at paddle.net
- Email us at nadasentheolin@gmail.com and we will process your cancellation
2.2 Cancellation Timing
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the billing period ends
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
- Your credits will remain available until the end of the billing period
2.3 What Happens After Cancellation
Once your subscription ends:
- Your account will be downgraded to a free plan (if available) or suspended
- Any unused credits will expire
- Your generated images and data will be retained for 30 days, after which they may be deleted
- You can reactivate your subscription at any time by upgrading again
3. Refund Policy
3.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with CraftBee for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
3.2 Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
- You have not initiated a chargeback with your bank or credit card company
3.3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 14-day refund period
- Partial months or unused credits after the refund period
- If you have already used a significant portion of your credits
- If your account has been terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Purchases made using fraudulent payment methods
3.4 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact Paddle directly through their support portal at paddle.net
- Or email us at nadasentheolin@gmail.com with your order details
- Include your Paddle order number and reason for the refund request
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
4. Recurring Billing
CraftBee operates on a subscription basis with recurring billing:
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle
- You will be charged the subscription fee on the same date each month
- You will receive an email receipt from Paddle for each payment
- If payment fails, Paddle will attempt to retry the charge. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended
5. Paddle as Merchant of Record
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all CraftBee transactions. This means:
- Paddle processes all payments on our behalf
- Paddle handles tax collection and remittance
- Paddle manages refunds and chargebacks
- Your payment agreement is with Paddle, subject to their Buyer Terms

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
